Important tips and information to help your experience at Rhythm Studio be most successful!

Provide an Email You Check Often

Our online software creates a super easy and convenient way for you to check your schedule and purchase lessons.  


When you enrolled, we asked that you ensure the email you provided was an email you check often. That is because through that email you will receive important communication from us such as:


- Receipts (including when purchasing in person in the studio)

- Notification of when you are placed on the schedule

- Confirmation Emails that go out the day before your lesson asking you to confirm      

   your lesson for the next day (and giving you time to cancel if needed)

- Cancellations. On occasion, your instructor may need to miss a lesson. If this occurs we attempt to provide you with a substitute.  However, if we are unable to provide a substitute, we will contact you about the canceled lesson. You do not lose that lesson, it remains "banked" in your account. We may also attempt to reschedule this lesson on a different day according to what suits your schedule.  


If you are not receiving these emails, please contact us to let us know.  


Some reasons you may not be receiving emails:  


- Our emails may be going to your bulk mail

- You may be out of lessons (when you are out of lessons, we cannot book you)

- We may have made a mistake on the schedule. Though we strive for excellence, this may occasionally happen.

- There are two family members needing information sent to the same email.  If this is the case, please let us know, we can arrange to have two students receive emails to the same person (such as a parent)


As you can see there are many reasons to ensure you are receiving and checking our emails regarding your lessons. Providing a working email is vital to our communication and to a smooth experience at Rhythm Studio.

Using your Online Account



All of our scheduling is managed by our staff through an online scheduling software called MindBody. To check your schedule, see your past visits, past purchases, and purchase more lessons, simply click the "Student Login" button at the top of our website or click the button below to enter your account. There is also a downloadable app for phones and tablets.





Enter your email and password that was provided to you when you received your "Welcome Email" with your initial enrollment.  See below for a link to download the Mobile MindBody App. If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it, or contact us.  We are happy to help.





Once you are logged in, you can click on "schedule" to see your currently scheduled lessons, click "visits" to see past visits, and "online store" to purchase more lessons. 


You can also update your credit card information on your profile page in order to be sure when we run your auto-pay, it will be on the care you choose. 


Remember you can pay online before your auto-pay is run if you would like:


In order to retain your weekly lesson time and day with your instructor, you must maintain lessons in your account.  That is why policy states you need to keep an active card on file for us to run on the last day of your lesson package. If you prefer to pay in another way such as cash or another card, you can either pay in the studio or online prior to that last day. 


Just be sure to notify us if you wish to use a different payment method than the one in your profile before we run your card for your next package of lessons. 




If you wish to discontinue lessons, please inform us in writing via our contact email at least 2 weeks prior to your last scheduled day.

It can take us up to two weeks to process your discontinuation as to ensure your card is not run by that day. 


Out of courtesy of our instructors and potential new students, please let us know as soon as possible. 


We often have "waitlisted" students wishing to fill new openings.  Out of respect of our studio schedule, our instructor's schedule and potential new students, informing us as soon as you are aware you will discontinue lessons is much appreciated.  Please do not simply stop coming. 

How to Cancel a Lesson

If you need to cancel or reschedule lessons, please email us at contact@rhythmmusicstudio.com or click the button below.  Email is the REQUIRED method of communication of a canceled or rescheduled lesson, as we are not open until late afternoon during the week and are closed Fridays and Sundays, and the message is sure to get to us more quickly. 


Please remember, lessons canceled less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled time are considered late cancellations and subject to charge.


The only acceptable method of communicating a cancelation is via email. 

Saying you called and left a message with someone before the 24-hour window, yet you did not email, is not sufficient, as there is no record.  The lesson will still be charged if we did not receive an email.  Ensure you receive a reply email from us. 


More than one canceled lesson per month, early or late, is charged to your account and may not be made up. 


You are allowed one early canceled lesson to be made up each month.  This lesson can be made up within 30 days of the cancelation in order to retain it and not lose it.  If your made up lesson day is canceled for any reason other than if the instructor cancels, it is considered used, and will not be made up again. 


Asking for a reschedule for the late cancellation is still considered a late cancel.  Any cancellation after 24 hours prior to the lesson is considered late and subject to charge. 


You may call the studio to cancel, especially if it is within hours of your lesson, however, we ask that you ALWAYS send an email as well to



How to Renew Lessons

Convenient Auto-Pay: By enrolling in and purchasing lessons you authorize us to run your credit or debit card on file, on the day you use your last lesson scheduled for more lessons according to your package of either 4, 8, or 12 lessons.  

Online or in Studio Purchase: You can also always purchase in person at the studio or online prior to your last lesson day. We will receive notification that you have updated your lessons in your account and will not charge your card for an auto-pay the day of your last lesson.
