Elizabeth Stahr

piano and voice instructor

Elizabeth has been playing piano for over 18 years and teaching for 10 years. She also teaches voice and acting, which have been passions of hers for most of her life. She has been teaching at Rhythm for nearly three years. She has a major in Divinity and a minor in music ministry from Grace College of Divinity (now Manna University), where she is now pursuing her Masters in Christian leadership. Experience in a variety of genres (including worship, jazz, pop, Broadway, choral, classical, singer-songwriter, and instrumental) give her the tools to tailor lessons to the needs, learning styles, and goals of each individual student while still giving a strong foundation in technique and theory in a fun, unique way. Students will gain an understanding of music theory, technique, styles, ear and eye training, and performance skills through lessons and bi-annual recitals. She teaches students from ages 3-adult, and she provides general music classes for young students or students who are interested in broader music education.

Elizabeth looks forward to working with you or your child and helping you discover the magic of music!
